How can we help?
For help with Anywhere, email c@fenn.chat. Tell us what happened and which iPhone, iOS version and app version you’re using.
You can also open your profile in Anywhere and choose Contact us.
Your account
Sign in with the phone number you used for Anywhere and the verification code sent to it. If you can no longer use that number or need help signing in, contact us.
Location and sharing
You choose who can see your location and your places. You can change these choices for each person in the app’s sharing settings. You can also change Anywhere’s location permission in your iPhone’s Settings.
Report or block someone
Open the person’s card on the map or their chat’s settings, then choose Report and Block and a reason. You can also block a person without reporting them. For help with a report, email c@fenn.chat.
Delete your account
- Open your profile using your avatar in Anywhere.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Deletion cannot be undone. Messages you sent in conversations with other people stay in their history. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and the remaining exceptions. If you cannot access your account, email us for help.
